Physical findings in someone with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome may include:

• Rapid pulse
• Irregular pulse:
• Heart rate varies
• Excessive sweating
• Heart murmur
• High blood pressure
• Low blood pressure
• Leg swelling (bilateral)
• Feet swelling
• Swollen veins in the neck
• Xanthelasma
• Cholesterol deposits in the skin that appear as yellowish, raised patches under the skin.

Testing is necessary to make the diagnosis of Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome.

• Complete blood count

• Pulse oximetry
