Notify your doctor if you have weakness and fatigue and any of the following:

• Abdominal pain
• Difficulty breathing
• Worsening headaches
• Unintentional weight loss
• Fever over 101 degrees F (38.3 C)
• Jaundice
• Blood in the stool:
• Black stool
• Rectal bleeding
• Red stools
• Hematuria:
• Blood in the urine
• Red or pink urine
• Faintness

Seek care immediately for weakness and fatigue and:

• Chest pain
• Fainting
• Vomiting blood
• Vomiting material that looks like coffee grounds
• Sudden weakness in one arm or leg:
• Arm weakness (unilateral)
• Leg weakness (unilateral)
• Arm and leg weakness (unilateral)
• Facial weakness (unilateral):
• Facial drooping
• Difficulty speaking
• Difficulty swallowing
• Difficulty walking
• Change in vision:
• Double vision
• Loss of vision
• Confusion
• Seizure
