• High blood pressure
• Low blood pressure
• Pale skin
• Rapid breathing rate
• Rapid pulse
• Slow pulse
• Swelling:
• Arm swelling (bilateral)
• Leg swelling (bilateral)
• Facial swelling
• Weight gain
• Unintentional weight loss

Tests are often required to determine the underlying cause of persistent weakness and fatigue.

Tests that may be used to evaluate weakness and fatigue include:

• Chest x-ray
• Complete blood count
• Kidney function tests
• Liver function tests
• Monospot
• Serum electrolytes
• Stool guaiac test
• Urinalysis
