Worsening back pain
Difficulty walking
Foot numbness (unilateral)
Leg numbness (unilateral)
Foot weakness (unilateral)
Leg weakness (unilateral)
Groin numbness
Decreased urination
Inability to urinate
Urinary incontinence
Hematuria:

Blood in the urine
Red or pink urine
Blood clots in the urine

Fever over 101 degrees F (38.3 C)
