Seek immediate medical care for vascular injuries with:

• Deep wound
• Severe swelling
• Pale skin
• Foot becomes pale or cold
• Hand becomes pale or cold
• Worsening limb numbness:
• Arm numbness (unilateral)
• Leg numbness (unilateral)
• Hand numbness (unilateral)
• Worsening limb weakness:
• Arm weakness (unilateral)
• Leg weakness (unilateral)
• Hand weakness (unilateral)
• Faintness
• Fainting
• Weakness or fatigue

Notify your doctor if you have a vascular injury and any of the following:

• Worsening swelling
• Worsening contusion:
• Bruising
