Notify your doctor if you have bacterial vaginitis and any of the following:
- Abdominal pain

- Bloody urine
- Pain during urination
- Groin rash

- Vaginal sores or blisters

- Fever over 101 degrees F (38.3 C)

- Unusual vaginal bleeding
- Vaginal foreign body
- Vomiting
