Notify your doctor if you have urgency incontinence and any of the following:

Inability to urinate
Worsening pain during urination
Increased urinary frequency
Hematuria:

Blood in the urine
Red or pink urine
Blood clots in the urine

Worsening lower abdominal pain
Worsening low back pain
Flank pain
Fever over 101 degrees F (38.3 C)
