Undifferentiated Schizophrenia Evaluation
The evaluation of schizophrenia begins with a history and physical exam, as well as a psychiatric evaluation.
Physical exam schizophrenia is usually normal. A psychiatric evaluation is usually all that is necessary to diagnose schizophrenia.
