When using the freeMD web site, including its content and computer programs (the "Service"), you specifically agree that freeMD, DSHI Systems, its officers, agents, employees, authors, affiliates, sponsors and advertisers ("Supplier") shall have no liability to you whatsoever for any damage, expense or loss of any kind, under any type of liability or indemnity, in connection with or arising from:

  • The lack of availability or inaccuracy of any content or information;
  • Service interruptions or delays;
  • Computer viruses, hackers or other hazards of digital information transmission;
  • Any decisions, actions or lack of action by you or others relating to the use of this Service or the information therein;
  • Any circumstances beyond the control of the Supplier;
  • Any other use or lack of use of this Service.

The information provided by the freeMD Service is based on a large body of medical literature and physician opinions. No warranties are made as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any of the information provided. You understand that Supplier of this Service cannot, and does not, guarantee or warrant that the Service will be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other computer code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. Supplier does not assume any responsibility or risk for the Service, and you expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of the Service is at your sole risk. You also expressly acknowledge and agree that you may not directly or indirectly copy, modify, alter, revise, paraphrase, omit, change, display, store, timeshare, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer, assign, sell, reverse engineer, data mine or commercially exploit, in any manner whatsoever, any part of the Service. Permission to reprint or electronically reproduce any document or graphic in whole or in part for any purpose not set forth in the Use of Content section is expressly denied, without prior written consent from the Supplier. All marks displayed in the Software are the property of Supplier. No right, license or interest to such trademarks is granted to you under this Agreement. Use of Content

Users of this Service are specifically permitted to download, e-mail or print a single copy of any page of medical content or freeMD interview report for your personal, noncommercial use, provided the copyright information is not removed or altered. All materials provided by this Service are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Any violation of the Terms of Use, including the Use of Content, constitutes a Breach of this agreement and immediate termination of your all rights hereunder. All copyright or trademark violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
