Tenosynovitis Finger Treatment

Treatment of finger tenosynovitis usually includes rest, warm or cold compresses, elevation of the hand, and splinting the digit. Other measures include antibiotics, oral corticosteroids, narcotic pain medications, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications for pain.
