  • Avoid running, jumping and climbing.
  • Perform calf stretching exercises.
    • Perform stretching exercises for plantar fasciitis.
  • Place a heel pad in your shoe:
    • This reduces stress on the fascia.
  • Wear shoes with good arch support.
  • Weight loss if you are overweight
