Worsening abdominal pain
Worsening back pain
Worsening chest pain
Difficulty breathing
Abdominal swelling
Fainting
Persistent faintness
Repeated vomiting
Fever over 101 degrees F (38.3 C)
Vomiting blood
Blood in the stool:

Black stool
Rectal bleeding
Red stools

Hematuria:

Blood in the urine
Red or pink urine
Blood clots in the urine
