Shoulder Pain (one shoulder) Symptoms
Symptoms that occur with shoulder pain include:
- Shoulder pain (unilateral)
- Inability to move the shoulder without shoulder pain
- Shoulder bruise
- Shoulder swelling
- Shoulder tenderness
- Shoulder stiffness
- Deformed shoulder

- Arm numbness (unilateral):
- May be located around the shoulder
- Arm weakness (unilateral)
