Home care for excess salivation includes:

  • Stop smoking.
  • Avoid caffeine.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Avoid spicy and salty foods.
  • Avoid acidic or spicy drinks.
  • Avoid irritating mouthwashes.
  • Practice good oral hygiene.
