Rash Puritic Papular Evaluation

The evaluation of pruritic papular eruption includes a history and physical exam.

Physical findings in someone with pruritic papular eruption may include:

  • Rash on the legs:
    • Small, red bumps

Tests are not required to make the diagnosis of pruritic papular eruption in someone with an HIV infection.
