Radial Tunnel Syndrome Home Care
Home care for radial tunnel syndrome may include:
  • Apply cold compresses:
    • Wrap ice in a moist hand towel. Do not apply ice directly to the skin.
    • Apply for 20-30 minutes, 4 times a day.
  • Avoid sudden movement of the elbow.
  • Avoid repetitive movement of the elbow.
  • Splints for radial tunnel syndrome:
    • Wear the splints at night.
    • Wear the splints while working with your hands.
  • Perform exercises for radial tunnel syndrome:
    • As directed by your doctor
  • Avoid heavy lifting.
  • Take prescription medication as directed.
