Common names:
A person with pubic lice has tiny insects living on the hair shafts in the groin or pubic area. Lice may live on hair on other areas of the body, such as the scalp, armpit, mustache, beard, eyebrows, eyelashes, and the hair on the legs. Lice feed on blood by biting the skin.
