Coughing
up brown mucus
Cyanosis
Lips or nailbeds turn blue
Difficulty breathing
Repeated
vomiting
No improvement after taking an antibiotic for two days
Symptoms that last longer than 1 week
Fever
over 102 degrees F (38.8 C)

chest pain
