Pineal Tumor Surgery
Pineal tumors are deeply embedded in the brain and surrounded by vital structures. This makes it very difficult to remove the tumor without damaging other parts of the brain. Microsurgical techniques allow some of these tumors to be removed with a lower risk of complications.
