Penile Pain Evaluation
Evaluation of genital pain in a male begins with a history and physical examination.
Physical findings in males with genital pain include:
- Penile discharge
- Testicular swelling
- Inguinal lymphadenopathy:
- Penile sore
- Genital warts
- Joint swelling (rare)
