• Tenderness to movement of the cervix during pelvic examination
• Vaginal discharge
• Pus draining from the cervix
• Fever
• Rash

• VDRL blood test
• Complete blood count
• Chlamydia culture
• Gonorrhea culture
• Pelvic ultrasound
• PAP smear

• CT scan of the pelvis
