- Facial pain:
- Jaw pain
- Pain near the angle of the jaw
- Worse while chewing
- Neck pain
- Facial swelling:
- Swelling over the angle of the jaw

- Neck swelling:
- Parotid gland swelling

- Facial tenderness
- Fever

- Inability to open the mouth
- Mouth or tongue pain
