Nummular Dermatitis Symptoms

Symptoms of nummular dermatitis include:

  • Very dry skin
  • Rash:
    • Rash starts with tiny red lumps or blisters
    • Lumps and blisters turn into small, round, red patches
    • Scabs may form over the rash
    • Clear or yellow fluid may drain from the rash
    • May cause cracks or tiny breaks in the skin
  • Rash is usually located on the arms, legs and buttocks
  • Rash is common in dry climates and during the winter
  • Rash may cause mild itching
