A person with nummular dermatitis has inflammation of the skin that results in an itchy rash. The rash forms round red spots on the skin.

The cause for nummular dermatitis is unknown.

Rash may consist of:

• Blisters or red bumps
• Small, round, red patches of skin
• Usually located on the legs or arms
