Home care for nasal or sinus congestion includes:
- Apply petroleum jelly to your nostrils.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Stop smoking
- Avoid exposure to secondary smoke
- Drink plenty of fluids.
- Get plenty of rest.

- Blow your nose gently.
