Myocardial Infarction Symptoms
The most common symptom of myocardial infarction includes:
  • Chest pain:
    • Dull, heavy, squeezing, or pressure-like pain
    • Usually located under the breastbone or on the left side of the chest Images
    • Lasting longer than 20 minutes
    • Triggered by physical exertion
    • Relieved with rest
