Recommended Evaluations For Healthy Men 19 to 39 YearsThere are many evaluations that should be performed during young adulthood to assure optimal health. These items are very important, especially since many healthy young adults do not take the time or consider their health during this period of life.
Tests to be performed
every physician visit:- Safe Sex Screening
- Diet history
- Exercise history
- Useful to detect sedentary behavior that increases risk for heart disease
- Drug history:
- Substance abuse

monthly:- Testicular self exam

Tests to be performed
every 6-12 months:- Dental exam

every 1-3 years:- History and Physical Examination

- Blood pressure

- Height and Weight

every 3-5 years:- Vision test

- Useful to detect a vision problem or retinal disease
