Physical findings in someone with Kaposi's sarcoma include:

• Skin lesions or skin bumps:
• Brown, pink, red or purple tumors on the skin
• Mouth or tongue lesions:
• Tumors in the mouth
• Mouth ulcers

Tests that may be used to evaluate Kaposi's sarcoma include:

• Bronchoscopy with biopsy
• Chest x-ray
• Lower GI endoscopy
• Upper GI endoscopy
• Virtual colonoscopy
• Skin biopsy
• Thallium heart scan
