Notify your doctor if you have a foot fracture and any of the following:
  • Poor capillary refill in the toes Images
  • Problems with your cast or splint
  • Numbness of the foot or toes
  • Red streak that travels up the leg Images
  • Worsening foot pain
  • Worsening foot swelling
  • Worsening toe swelling
  • Worsening skin redness and swelling around a wound Images
