Fibrosarcomas usually occur in the knee, thigh or hip, but may also occur in the upper arm.

Symptoms of fibrosarcoma include:

• Bone pain
• Bone swelling
• Soft tissue swelling around the bones
• Knee pain
• Knee tenderness
• Thigh pain (unilateral)
• Thigh tenderness
• Limping
• Arm pain
• Arm tenderness
