Notify your doctor if you have a facial fracture and any of the following:

Confusion
Change in vision:

Double vision
Loss of vision

Difficulty breathing
Difficulty speaking
Difficulty swallowing
Facial numbness
Facial skin redness and pain
Flattening of the face
Worsening facial swelling
Hearing loss
Inability to open or close your mouth normally
Malocclusion:

Upper and lower teeth do not line up correctly

Loss of memory
Poor balance
Poor coordination
Repeated vomiting
Numbness in one arm or leg:

Weakness in one arm or leg:

Worsening neck pain
