• Jaundice:
• Yellow skin
• Yellow eyes
• Urine color change:
• Brown urine
• Change in stool:
• Clay colored stool

Tests that may be used to evaluate Dubin-Johnson syndrome include:

• Urinalysis
• Increased ratio of urinary coproporphyrin I to coproporphyrin III in the urine
• Liver profile:
• May show elevated liver enzymes and bilirubin
