There is no cure for cluster headaches. Treatment for cluster headaches focuses on medications for pain and medications that help prevent cluster headaches. If possible, a person should avoid substances or conditions that can trigger cluster headaches, such as bright lights, alcohol, drugs, activities, or emotional stress.
