Recommended Evaluations for Healthy Children 2 to 6 Years
There are a number of evaluations and preventive treatments that should be performed during this period of childhood to assure optimal health.

Tests to be performed at every physician visit:
Tests to be performed every 6-12 months:
Tests to be performed every 1-2 years:
Tests to be performed every 3-5 years:
Tests to be performed once a year after the age of 4:
Tests to be performed at the physician's discretion:
Vaccines to be given once from age 4-6 years:
Vaccines to be given if needed:
Vaccines to be given if never vaccinated:
