Signs and symptoms of sexual abuse include:
- Genital injury:
- Penile injury
- Testicular injury
- Vaginal injury
- Genital lacerations, scars, fissures, or scrapes
- Swelling around the anus
- Genital redness
- Genital bruises
- Pregnancy
- Sexual promiscuity
- Prostitution
- Sexually transmitted diseases
- Vaginal injuries or bleeding
