Cervical Cancer Prevention
Prevention for cervical cancer includes:
  • Receive a papillomavirus vaccine (Gardasil)
    • For women between 9 and 26 years old
  • Avoid having multiple sex partners.
  • Get regular PAP smears.
  • Practice safe sex:
    • Use latex condoms
  • Stop smoking
  • Avoid exposure to secondary smoke
