Symptoms of a spleen injury include:
- Abdominal pain:
- Left shoulder pain
- Abdominal tenderness
- Abdominal bruise:
- Left chest pain:
- Worse during a deep breath
- Chest bruise:
- Over the left chest
- Back pain:
- Located on the left side of the back
- Flank pain
- Back bruise:
- To the left of the spine in the lower back
- Difficulty breathing
- Left shoulder pain
- Faintness
- Fainting
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Fatigue
