Difficulty breathing

One tonsil is more swollen than the other

Sore throat that lasts more than 1 week
Fever over 103 degrees F (39.4 C)
Inability to swallow
Worsening throat pain
Worsening throat swelling
Worsening neck lymph gland swelling
