Avascular Necrosis of the Hip Symptoms
Symptoms of avascular necrosis of the hip include:
- Worsening hip pain (unilateral)

- Hip pain worsens with movement
- Hip pain worsens with prolonged standing
- Rarely may cause pain in both hips
- Hip tenderness
- Hip stiffness
- Difficulty walking
- Knee pain (unilateral)
- Decreasing range of motion of the hip joint
