Notify your doctor if you have coronary artery disease and any of the following:
- Worsening chest pain

- Chest pain, arm pain or neck pain that is triggered by exertion
- Chest pain, arm pain or neck pain that lasts more than 10 minutes
- Chest pain, arm pain or neck pain that is accompanied by nausea, excessive sweating or difficulty breathing
- Worsening difficulty breathing
- Worsening palpitations
- Palpitations that are accompanied by nausea or difficulty breathing
- Unexplained sweating that is accompanied by nausea or difficulty breathing
- Fainting
