Apply a cold compress:
Apply for 20-30 minutes, three times a day.
When the
swelling
is gone, take a warm bath once a day.
Gently clean wounds twice a day with mild soap.
Apply an antibiotic ointment.
Drink plenty of fluids

high fiber diet
Take stool softeners.
Acetaminophen
