  • Close set eyes
  • Abnormal skin folds around the eyes
  • Abnormal tooth enamel
  • Heart valve abnormalities
  • Limitation of joint movement
  • Growth retardation
  • Mental retardation
  • Microcephaly:
    • Small head
    • Small brain
  • Micrognathia: small jaw
  • Ear abnormalities
  • Short nose
  • Small teeth
  • Hirsutism
