Symptoms of age spots include:
  • Skin lesions:
    • Brown or black
    • Smooth
    • Surface is even with the surrounding skin
    • Entire lesion is one color
    • Fine wrinkles
    • Usually less than 1/4 inch (5 mm) in diameter
    • Usually round or oval
