Agammaglobulinemia Evaluation
The evaluation of agammaglobulinemia begins with a history and physical examination.

Usually, the physical exam is normal.

Testing is necessary to make the diagnosis of agammaglobulinemia.

Testing for agammaglobulinemia may include:
  • Serum immunoelectrophoresis
  • Serum IgG levels
  • Serum IgA levels
  • Serum IgM levels
