Agammaglobulinemia Evaluation
The evaluation of agammaglobulinemia begins with a history and physical examination.

Usually, the physical exam is normal in someone with agammaglobulinemia.

Testing is necessary to make the diagnosis of agammaglobulinemia.

Tests that may be used to evaluate agammaglobulinemia include:
  • Serum immunoelectrophoresis
  • Serum IgG levels
  • Serum IgA levels
  • Serum IgM levels
