Adjustment Disorder Evaluation
The evaluation of adjustment disorder begins with a history and physical exam.
The physical examination is usually normal in someone with adjustment disorder. A mental health evaluation is required to make the diagnosis of adjustment disorder.
Tests are not necessary to evaluate adjustment disorder.
