Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Complications
Complications of acute lymphocytic leukemia include:
- Excessive bleeding
- Excessive bruising
- Confusion
- Malnutrition
- Mucositis
- Inflammation and ulcer formation within the mouth
- Sepsis
- Cellulitis
Side effects of radiation therapy include:
- Skin burns
- Confusion:
- With radiation to the brain
- Difficulty swallowing
- Fatigue
- Hair loss
- Headaches:
