  • Reduce stress.
  • Avoid makeup or face cream.
  • Avoid touching your face.
  • Do not squeeze pimples.
  • Use an anti-bacterial soap, such as Fostex or Clearasil.
  • Use oil-free sunscreen.
  • Warm, wet compresses may help the pimples to drain.
