Abscess Lung Symptoms
Symptoms of a lung abscess may include:
- Chest pain:
- Chest pain when taking a breath
- Chest pain when coughing
- Pain often described as sharp
- Fever
- Chills
- Excessive sweating:
- Night sweats
- Breathing difficulty
- Wheezing
- Cough:
- Cough often produces foul-smelling, colored mucus that may be bloody
- Loss of appetite
- Unintentional weight loss
- Malaise
- Halitosis
