Notify your doctor if you are pregnant with abdominal pain and have any of the following::

Blood in the stool:

Inability to urinate
Pain during urination
Persistent abdominal pain lasting more than 4 hours
Repeated vomiting
Severe abdominal pain
Fever over 101 degrees F (38.3 C)
Vaginal bleeding
Vomiting blood
Vomiting material that looks like coffee grounds
Worsening abdominal pain
Worsening constipation
