Notify your doctor for children who have abdominal pain and any of the following::

Abdominal pain for more than 3 days
Blood in the stool:

Inability to urinate
Pain during urination
Repeated vomiting
Fever over 101 degrees F (38.3 C)
Vaginal bleeding
Vomiting blood
Vomiting material that looks like coffee grounds
Worsening abdominal pain in one area of the abdomen

Worsening constipation
Severe abdominal pain
